The month of August 2019 seems like the month of clashes for Bollywood films. Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Sajid Nadiadwala production, ‘Chhichhore’ has been postponed to 6 September to avoid clash with Prabhas’ ‘Saaho’.
The romantic-comedy between Shraddha Kapoor and Sushant Singh Rajput has been postponed from 30 August 2019 to 6 September 2019 to avoid a major Box-Office a clash with ‘Bahubali’ fame, Prabhas’ ‘Saaho’.
Another film, ‘Made in China’ starring super talented actor, Rajkumar Rao is slated to hit the big screen on 30 August. So, to avoid a three-way clash, the makers have decided to push the release by one week.
Prabhas’ ‘Saaho’ had been postponed to 30 August to avoid a three-way clash with Akshay’s ‘Mission Mangal’ and John’s ‘Batla House’ on 15 August 2019.
This was done to make sure that the Tollywood superstar enjoyed a solo release without competition. Due to this sudden shift, the makers of ‘Chhichhore’ were likely to be at the losing end. So, they happily moved the release date.
The only common link between Prabhas’ action-drama ‘Saaho’ and Sushant Singh’s rom-com ‘Chhichhore’ is their lead heroine, the ever beautiful Shraddha Kapoor. The talented actress will be seen as the love interest of two of the hottest male actors in the film industry. Which one os Shraddha’s films do you expect to be a Box-Office sensation?
There hasn’t been any official announcement yet but the news is likely true to belief. ‘Chhichhore’ has been directed by Nitesh Tiwari, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and Fox Star Studios.
Besides Sushant Singh Rajput and Shraddha Kapoor, the film also stars Varun Sharma, Prateik Babbar and Tahir Raj Bhasin in major roles.
Only time will tell whether the dates have been shifted or not. Until then we can only stay hooked to the promotional appearances that the stars will be making around the country.
