On Friday The Unnao rape case victim was burnt alive by men, two of who had raped her last. The victim died due to cardiac arrest at 11:40 pm at the Safdarjung Hospital in New Delhi.
The Unnao rape case victim was on her way to Rae Bareli for a court hearing when her rapists (who had been out on bail) caught her and burned her alive on Thursday. She was immediately admitted to a hospital in Lucknow with 90% burns. Due to critical condition, she was later airlifted to Delhi for better treatment. Unfortunately, she couldn’t survive the attempt to kill and lost her life on Friday evening.
The Unnao rape case happened in March. Five hideous men raped the innocent 23-year-old in the Unnao district of Uttar Pradesh. The victim survived the horrific gang rape, but she continued her fight for justice.
On Thursday, when the later left for a court hearing, she was set ablaze by the same group of men who had raped her. Five men allegedly took her to fields and doused her in petrol before setting her on fire. The two out of the five men group are likely to be her rapists who were let loose on bail earlier this year.
The incident that took place in the Sindhpur area of Bihar is currently the epicenter for national tension. Bihar Police has managed to arrest all five of them including the lead suspect Shivam Trivedi. The rape victim had to run at least 1 km while her body was on fire only to find help. She later dialed 112 for help and narrated the incident.
The victim’s family members have been in a shocked state. As per reports, the victim’s brother said that on Friday had said that she wanted to live and see her rapists hang to death. He said there was barely ‘anything left’ to burn as they decided to bury her charred body for funerals. He also said that no ministers or police officials had visited them in the past for help. This time UP CM Yogi Aditynath promised to offer all kinds of aid to vistim’s family.
The entire nation is outraged as the Unnao rape victim could have survived had the Justice system of India not been utterly slow. The Twitterati cannot stop talking the flaws in the Indian Jurisdiction system. #UnnaoTruth , #IStandWithHer, #UnnaoRapeCase, #UnnaoangBrahminRapists, #UnnaoHorror and #UnnaoKiBeti trended on Twitter all day.

One year ago the girl of Unnao was gang raped on gun point.
She had trust on our system & judiciary.
She kept walking to our system just to prove that she was raped by those monsters.
Finally, she was burnt alive by same rapists.
